By using the ineedavanman.com website ("the Site"), you ("Driver") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
I Need A Van Man ("INAVM", "we", "us", "our") reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Site promptly. We encourage you to review the latest information regularly to stay informed of any changes.


The following terms are used throughout these conditions:

    I Need A Van Man, INAVM, Our, Us, We: The online platform that connects Drivers with Customers for the provision of Transport Services.
    You, Your, Driver: An individual who provides Transport Services using our platform.
    Customer: An individual who requests the provision of Transport Services primarily for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
    Booking: A Customer's request for Transport Services that a Driver agrees to provide.
    Booking Services: The use of our Site and booking technologies to connect Drivers with Customers and enable the provision of Transport Services.
    Transport Services: The service provided by a Driver to transport a Customer's goods by road.
    Job Sheet: A detailed job description that includes the collection time, whether an additional helper is needed, and the list of items that the Customer has paid to transport.

Driver Obligations

As a Driver, you agree to:

2.1 Conduct
  1. Conduct yourself professionally, and offer friendly and helpful service that satisfies our Customers.

2.2 Responsibilities
  1. Follow the Job Sheet instructions, including adherence to the collection time window, ascertaining if additional help is needed, and transporting all listed items. Non-compliance with the Job Sheet may result in deductions from your payout or forfeiture of your fee.
  2. Ensure the safe and correct carriage, unloading, and loading of all items, using appropriate equipment as needed to prevent injury or damage.

2.3 Qualifications
  1. Hold a valid driving license and motor insurance certificate. While not compulsory, we recommend having Goods in Transit insurance to access more job opportunities.
  2. Ensure your vehicle is legally roadworthy.


Payments are made via bank transfer to your registered bank account, typically on the same or next day. However, during an investigation, payments may be delayed until its resolution.

Performance Evaluation

Driver performance is assessed based on Customer feedback. We allocate job opportunities based on performance evaluations to ensure high-quality customer experience.

Dispute Resolution

INAVM serves as a mediator between the Customer and Driver in the event of a dispute. However, we bear no responsibility for any disputes or damages that occur during a Booking.

Liability for Loss or Damage

You, the Driver, are liable for any loss or damage to the Customer's property and goods, subject to the provision of satisfactory evidence that the damage or loss was caused by you and not by the Customer or a third party. Your liability is limited as follows:
  1. If you cause damage to goods or property not contracted for transport due to negligence or breach of contract, your liability is limited to the repair of the damaged area.
  2. You are not liable for any damage arising from circumstances beyond your control, such as:
    • Natural events including fire, flood, or severe weather conditions;
    • Acts of terrorism, vandalism, or other unlawful activities;
    • Defects or vulnerabilities inherent in the goods;
    • Pre-existing damage to the delivery area, and;
    • Other actions, omissions, or circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
  3. You are obliged to notify us via email, live chat, or telephone within 72 hours (three days) from the date of delivery if you become aware of any damage to the Customer's goods or property caused during collection, transportation, or delivery.

Changes and Cancellations

Customers are entitled to alter or cancel their Bookings. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you as promptly as possible and compensation will be provided as per our platform's cancellation policy. If a Customer modifies their Booking, the Job Sheet will be updated, and you are expected to comply with the changes.


We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform for violation of these terms and conditions, or if we determine your behavior or performance to be unsatisfactory based on Customer feedback or our evaluation.


By registering with I Need A Van Man, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including fines, restrictions on job access, or termination of platform access.
